AI Processing and Transcript Data

Our Service uses artificial intelligence, specifically Google's Gemini 2.5 Pro, to process and summarize deposition transcripts. When you upload a transcript:

  • Your transcript is securely transmitted to the AI service for processing
  • The AI generates a summary based on your transcript content
  • We do not store your transcript content with the AI provider beyond processing time
  • All processing is done in compliance with applicable privacy and legal requirements
  • Summaries generated remain within our secure systems

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
